Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent. Please review your booking details carefully before completing payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Payment Terms

Limitation of Liability
